Design-build "Is a project delivery system used in the construction industry. It is a method to deliver a project in which the design and construction services are contracted by a single entity. Design–build relies on a single point of responsibility contract and is used to minimize risks for the project owner and to reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project. "DB with its single point responsibility carries the clearest contractual remedies for the clients because the DB contractor will be responsible for all of the work on the project, regardless of the nature of the fault".
We first do a full site measure using advanced tools, software and technology to accurately and efficiently construct a 3D model. The client will then be shown 3D renderings of the project to ensure the design is exactly what they wanted.
In a situation where the design isnt 100% perfect, changes are then made to the design until satisfied. Once design is finalized, this model is then used to determine a budget and to generate architectural drawings in order to obtain any required permits for the project. The drawings also assist trades in executing and adhering to the exact design.
With the design finalized, we begin the journey, starting with elaborate project management schedules, execution deadlines and trade coordination. With all the hard part completed we then bring homeowners dream to reality using this planning to keep us on schedule and running smoothly from start to finish.
