Design-build "Is a project delivery system used in the construction industry. It is a method to deliver a project in which the design and construction services are contracted by a single entity. Design–

We first do a full site measure using advanced tools, software and technology to accurately and efficiently construct a 3D model.
The client will then be shown 3D renderings of the project to ensure the design is exactly what they wanted. < / p >
< p style = "margin:0;" > In a situation where the design isnt 100% perfect, changes are then made to the design until satisfied.
Once design is finalized, this model is then used to determine a budget and to generate architectural drawings in order to obtain any required permits for the project.
The drawings also assist trades in executing and adhering to the exact design.< / p >
